Performance Measures and Surveys

The purpose of the provider and member surveys are to solicit feedback to assess member needs, improve the member experience and improve delivery of services. Survey results and member comments are analyzed and presented to the senior leadership team and other health plan committees to address any areas of improvement.

We survey a sample of the B - UFC/ACC population as well as a sample of those who receive Behavioral Health services. Both surveys address critical areas that help us determine member satisfaction.
